On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We will do everything we can to accommodate you if you are running late. If you are 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required to change or cancel services. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of all reserved services if not cancelled within 24 hours, and to charge 100% of the cost of all reserved services for those who do not phone to cancel and do not show up for the appointment.

Consistent cancellations/no shows will be required to pay these fees before the next appointment is scheduled. We understand some things may be out of your control but we do value our time with you and ask that you please do the same.

For the Cortex™ smoothing treatment, we require a credit card number plus a $100 deposit. We request a 72-hour cancellation for this service. Cancellations not completed within this time frame will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. Cancellations, no shows and rescheduled appointments of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee. A credit card number will be taken at the time of booking in order to hold all appointments. You must telephone the salon directly to cancel at 404.874.6913.

Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients; however, all tips must be in cash or check. Tips cannot be added onto credit card charges or personal checks. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

The salon offers wireless internet service and is open late to accommodate the schedules of busy clientele.
