Skip Bowman

Georgia native Skip joined Cortex in 2007. She attended the Paul Mitchell Hair School here in midtown Atlanta. While in school, Skip did numerous fashion shows at Atlanta Fashion Week and Atlantic Station. She was also a member of the schools design team. After graduating and becoming licensed, Skip became an apprentice at Cortex. Skip has taken barbering and color classes and her specialties include men's hair cuts, women's long layered cuts, and blonde highlights. |

Lindsey Logan - Featured Stylist
|
Lindsey joined the Cortex Salon in the winter of 2009. She is a recent graduate of the Paul Mitchell School in Atlanta. Before starting her schooling, she lived and traveled Europe for two years where she attended numerous international hair shows and gained inspiration from European art and style. While at Paul Mitchell, she worked on the design team where she was involved in several photo shoots and fashion shows. Lindsey's specialties include longer men's cuts and razor cutting techniques as well as an enthusiasm for creating multi-dimensional color.

Tracie has been a part of the Cortex Hair Studio staff since 2005. She specializes in razor technique and hair styling for special events. She enjoys creating dramatic updos as well as casual hair styling. Her talent has allowed her to play a significant role in the Atlanta Opera and various other theater groups, where she has worked in the hair and makeup departments. Her passion for theatre, film and the music industry inspire her creativity. She welcomes the opportunity to build new relationships. Her color forte is blonde highlights. |

Jon Rembert
|
Jon specializes in contemporary haircuts and natural hair color, as well as edgier looks. Influences from his parents, an engineer and interior decorator, gave him the basics for pursuing his passion for styling hair. Rachel Ivanowski

Rachel has been styling hair for nine years, three of which have been at Cortex Hair Studio. Rachel is classically trained in the prestigious Vidal Sassoon cutting technique and has worked at hair shows in Minneapolis, Chicago, and New York. She is exceptionally talented with wedding styles for entire wedding parties. She enjoys the personal and artistic experience styling hair provides and finds inspiration in the different personalities of her clients. |

Roxanne received her education at the Aveda Institute in Minnesota and worked at Jon English for the next five years. Roxanne was awarded Colorist of the Year in the October 2002 issue of Allure Magazine and in January 2003 was featured in Atlanta Magazine as one of the top 30 hairdressers in Atlanta.
