Appointments

For appointments or gift cards, call 404.874.6913. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, cash or personal checks.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We will do everything we can to accommodate you if you are running late. If you are 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments of less than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee. No shows will be charged a 100% fee. A credit card number will be taken at the time of booking in order to hold all appointments.

For the Keratin smoothing treatment we require a credit card number plus a $100 deposit. We request a 72-hour cancellation for this service. Cancellations not completed within this time frame will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients; however, all tips must be in cash. Tips cannot be added onto credit card charges or personal checks. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

The salon offers wireless internet service and is open late to accommodate the schedules of busy clientele. Cortex is committed to providing unparalleled professional service specially tailored to each client in a relaxing and friendly environment.
